About The Tiny Little Ganachery

Hi and thank you for visiting.

I am Stefanie and I run TTLG.  I live in southern Orange County, CA with my husband Sean and fur daughter Cimi.

I am a geologist by day, but bake and chocolatier whenever I am not playing in the dirt.  I am always trying new recipes and seeing how far I can push the envelope with my creations.  My passion is baking, but adding chocolate to the mix brought that to a whole new level.  Chocolate added the challenge to baking that I was looking for.

The Tiny Little Ganachery started as a way for me to share my knowledge and love of baking and chocolatiering.  Not only did I want to share recipes and techniques, I wanted to add another element.  As a scientist I am always curious about how things work and why they work the way they do.  My curiosity about baking and chocolate has led me to research all things baking and chocolate which I will also share with you.  Hopefully this will enhance your baking and chocolatiering experience.

I love searching Google and YouTube for new recipes and techniques to try in the kitchen.  I am pretty sure my coworkers are sick of me bringing my treats to the office every time I decide to bake.  Of course I am also a chocoholic.

I hope you find this site helpful and inviting.  My goal is to provide you with informative and easy to follow recipes and techniques that you can do right at home.  I also want us to have a little fun along the way too.

Thank you again for visiting and I hope you too can appreciate the science and art of chocolate.

Do you have questions, suggestions or just want to get in touch?  You can email me at stef@tinylittleganachery.com
